Beware of ACE check cashing off Belaire and Chimney Rock

On the 1st of March my sister 👑 tax preparer call to let her know her check was ready, in retrieving it we had to find the closest check cashing because our gas tank was on empty.

once there the receptionist ask have my sister👑 ever cash a check with Ace my sister 👑responded no , just formality she had her to fill out the necessary paperwork while doing that, she ask my sister 👑did she stop anywhere else cause it was showing her check was verified already.

My sister👑 told her no we just picked up her check came straight here. Long story short it took her 45 minutes to process this check we had to call the tax preparer where he informed the receptionist that he see where she(ace) verified it.

she really tried everything to make it seem it was not her fault and it may not have been. But we were not leaving until it was corrected.

Don’t ever walk away make sure their doing everything to resolve the problem especially when you 👑worked for it!!!
