When you’re starting out, it is easy to assume that success belongs to those with the answers. New employees are expected to learn them, managers are expected to provide them, and leaders are often rewarded for delivering them with confidence.

Yet the people who continue to grow often cultivate a different skill altogether: they become comfortable with questions. They learn to resist the temptation of certainty, remaining open to new ideas, new perspectives, and the possibility that there is always more to understand. Curiosity, in that sense, is not merely a trait but a practice of paying attention, of looking beyond the obvious, and staying open to new perspectives.

It’s easy to understand why, when asked for the single piece of wisdom every employee should carry throughout their career, Eva Webb offered this advice: “Always Be Curious.”

This week, our leadership team is in Salt Lake City for the AGN International Regional Meeting, connecting with fellow professionals, sharing ideas, and gaining valuable insights from across the AGN network.

They are also taking the opportunity to hold the annual partner retreat, focusing on strategic planning, strengthening relationships, and looking ahead to the future of the firm.

A great week of learning, collaboration, and leadership development is underway, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
