New Hope Orthodox Presbyterian Church is a grace and gospel-centered fellowship in Frederick, MD which exists to magnify Christ in the areas of worship, fellowship, and outreach. The purpose of this page is to publicly promote New Hope OPC to both the congregation and broader community in efforts to share New Hope events, news, and to overall, market New Hope OPC.

Come this Sunday at 10:30am to the sanctuary to see 12 1-minute missions videos. This will tie in with the sermon’s “Captivated by God’s Word Going to the Nations.” Each mini-video is made by a different NH member who has an interest in that country. You’ll really enjoy these videos! Join us.

Funeral Service for Valory Snyder
In the Lord’s perfect wisdom he called Valory Snyder into his presence after a short battle with cancer on August 27 at around 6:30am. There will be a funeral service this coming Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 1:00pm at New Hope Orthodox Presbyterian Church (5305-A Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD, 21703). The service will also be Livestreamed https://www.newhopeopc.org/live/
After the service there will be opportunity to greet the family, and to enjoy some light refreshments. Because Valory loved her garden, you are invited to bring cut flowers to the service and someone will be available to take them and decorate with them (bring them either in a vase or not). The family is asking that in lieu of florist-made flower arrangements, any donations be made to either CareNet Pregnancy Center or Child Evangelism Fellowship.
