Rare Morsel (Formerly Perfect Truffle) is an Artisan Chocolatier and Ice Cream Shop.
We also carry a selection of delicious surprises like Swedish gummies, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Pastas, Cheeses, charcuterie, Oils, and Vinegars.
Who doesn't want an endless amount of melted chocolate? And if you don't it's a good thing we have plenty of gummies, ice cream and even some savory things.
Cherry Chocolate Chunk is back. It's the better version of that one made by those guys named Ben and Jerry.

Do you ever struggle with identifying chocolates? Well , we have an answer for you now. She sees candy (Available on the apple App Store for Iphones).
Steve a local developer built an app to identify chocolates and he has now added ours to it as well. We have a fair bit of flavors already and will continue to add more, along with adjusting the descriptions. This is still in the development phase, so please if you use it and have feedback, please let us know.

Some of my favorite things in the shop we don't make.
KESSHŌ • Asian-inspired Chocolate & Gelato • Austin TX Uber Horchata Bar - a not too sweet white chocolate, with puffed rice and a wonderful amount of cinnamon.
Standout Chocolate Uganda 70% Dark Chocolate. A rich and creamy bar with plenty of dark red fruit tasting notes.
MAISON FRANCIS MIOT Pear Caramel Jam. Large pieces of pear cooked down and caramelized to perfection. Great on toast or over ice cream.
FANGST Smoked Sardines- Lightly smoked and wonderful with your favorite cheese and crackers.
Sour Drops -Extra sour Blue Raspberry hard candy.
Dashfire Spiced Apple Bitters- perfect addition to your bar for your Old Fashions
High Mesa Chile Co. Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce- Not too hot and extremely flavorful.
