Reforge is looking for Veterans and First Responders to join our unit in the Brunswick Veterans Day Parade!

🚙 Have a Jeep? We need drivers!
🇺🇸 Want to ride? We need Veterans and First Responders to fill the vehicles!
🥾 Rather walk? Walkers are absolutely welcome too!

You do not need to own a Jeep to participate. We want Veterans and First Responders to come out, be part of the Reforge United unit, and help us SHOW UP STRONG for Veterans Day!

This is about camaraderie, connection, community, and honoring those who have served.

HELP US GIVE OUR VETERANS THE WELCOME HOME THEY DESERVE!

The Capital Region Honor Flight is bringing a group of our senior Veterans home after a special day of honor in Washington, D.C., and our community is invited to be there to welcome them!

❤️ Saturday, October 10, 2026
🤍 Arrive between 7:30–8:00 PM
💙 Veteran Service Center
📍 1750 Monocacy Blvd., Suite A, Frederick, MD 21701

These Veterans served during the Cold War and Vietnam eras, and this is our opportunity to show them just how much their service and sacrifice mean to us.

Bring the family, bring your American flags, make signs, wear your red, white & blue—and most importantly, show up and CHEER LOUD!👏

There’s plenty of parking, and everyone is welcome. Come shake a hand, share a hug, say “thank you,” and help us fill the Veteran Service Center with the gratitude these Veterans deserve.

Let’s pack the place and give them a WELCOME HOME they’ll never forget!

💛 A special thank you to Roxanne Angel of Reimagined Creations for generously offering these wonderful craft classes and sharing her creativity with our community. We truly appreciate your continued support!

We are incredibly grateful!!

Reforge was honored to attend the first Amazon cultivating community reception held at the great Frederick Fairgrounds Thursday evening. It was an inspiring evening celebrating organizations working every day to make a difference throughout our community.

Amazon awarded and incredible $163,000 to 17 local nonprofit organizations and Reforge is proud and grateful to be among the grant recipients.

Our grant will directly support Reforge’s food and security programs, including our Thanksgiving blessing boxes and food pantry helping us provide food and essential resources to veterans first responders and families in our community who need a little extra support.

Michele Payton attended on behalf of Reforge and we extend our sincere thanks to Amazon for investing in local nonprofits and recognize the importance of the work happening right here in Frederick County.

Every partnership helps us to serve more people strengthen our community and continue turning our mission into action.

Forged by deeds not words.

Today, Reforge pauses to honor, remember, and never forget. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced unimaginable loss—but we also witnessed extraordinary courage, sacrifice, service, and unity.

We remember the lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the men and women who answered the call to serve our country in the years that followed.

At Reforge, our commitment to veterans and first responders is rooted in that same spirit of **service, community, and standing together.**

May we never forget the sacrifices made that day—and may we never lose the unity that followed.

We remember. We honor. We stand together.

🇺🇸 9.11.01 — Never Forget.

🍯🐝 What a great day extracting honey from the Reforge hives! 🐝🍯

Lots of laughs, good times, and of course… lots of sweet honey! 🍯

A huge thank you to the VSC for letting us use some space today. We truly appreciate the support and the opportunity to work with the Reforge hives and share a little of what our bees have been up to!

Another great day with great people, and plenty of honey to show for it! 🐝❤️

Reforge is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $10,000 grant through the Amazon Cultivating Community program.

This funding will directly support Reforge’s food insecurity programs operated through the Veteran Services Center (VSC), including our free food pantry and Thanksgiving Blessing Box Program.

We are grateful to Amazon for investing in programs that help address food insecurity in our community and allow Reforge to continue providing practical support to families who need it.

Thank you, Amazon, for helping Reforge keep our community fed.
