We’ll go over how to navigate a healthy lifestyle through whole foods and sugar vs artificial sweeteners and how it effects our daily lives.

Instructor Dave Rolls specializes in plant based, whole food, and vegetarian cuisine. He went back to school to learn more about food and become a Chef, continued his studies in the areas of vegan foods, allergens, and specializing in nutrient-rich foods for health. Dave is a certified culinary medical professional which is a certification that he received from the HCTI program at FCC.

This course is offered through Frederick Community College and Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) and is focused towards retired adults.
