We acquired the Bullard Building in downtown Framingham 10 years (2/25/2013) ago to date. This central hotspot outside of Boston has gone from town to city, has seen hundreds of beautiful apartments built, consistent roadway improvements, fantastic DPW work helping us weather storms, and hard working administration leadership moving the City forward. The most interesting and unwavering constant is the hardworking and resilient (think COVID!) local business owners. These folks put in honest work day in, day out and contribute to keeping our local economy moving forward. Cheers to more successful years and to all DT businesses, City Hall, FPD, FFD, DPW, Downtown Framingham Inc., and local non-profit organizations who helps make our community a place where residents and business want to be!

Metrowest Winter Clothing Drive is happing Dec 3, 2022 9am-1pm. Gently used coats, winter items and new in original packaging socks, under garments may be dropped off at the Natick and Framingham Police Stations. Get involved and Happy Holidays!

We are doing another winter coats and essentials drive. Clean coats, socks, hats, gloves, scarves donations may be dropped off at our office 205. We will distribute these items to folks at Downtown Framingham as well as any clients in need through Mothers Helping Mothers Inc, a 501c3 nonprofit located at the Bullard Building.
