Going the extra mile is just part of how we work. This summer, our team partnered with Duneland School Corporation to provide White Glove services, preparing devices for the new school year. When a shipment of protective cases arrived with unexpected quality issues, our team quickly adjusted to keep the project on track.
We made sure every device was returned to the district on schedule. Then our team came to the school today to install the replacement cases so students would have fully protected devices from day one.
It's a great example of what White Glove service is all about—adapting when plans change and doing whatever it takes to help our district partners start the school year strong.
Thank you to the Duneland team for trusting us. We hope everyone has a fantastic school year!

As AI continues to evolve, so do the conversations around how it should be used responsibly in education (and beyond).
A new bipartisan proposal in the U.S. Senate aims to establish a federal commission to examine the ethical and policy implications of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. While experts say it's a positive step, many also believe there's more work to be done.
For K–12 leaders, it's another reminder that AI isn't just a technology conversation—it's also about governance, policy, and thoughtful implementation.

The best way to support K–12 schools is to keep learning from the people leading them. Last week, members of the Secured Tech team had the opportunity to visit the University of Wyoming and experience the incredible work happening through the Science Initiative Roadshow.
We were especially grateful to spend time with Ryan Gonzalez from Platte County School District #1, who serves as a mentor teacher for the program. Seeing how the Roadshow equips educators with hands-on STEM training and classroom resources was inspiring, as was meeting teachers from across the country—and even internationally—who came together to learn and collaborate.
Experiences like this help us better understand the evolving needs of K–12 education so we can continue being a stronger partner to the districts we serve.
Thank you to the University of Wyoming, the Science Initiative Roadshow team, Ryan Gonzalez, and Katie Mitchell for welcoming us and sharing your passion for education.
