Marina Attendants successfully completes all tasks related to the smooth operation of the Marina as instructed to promote the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store. They contribute to the customer’s delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of every area and equipment on the lot. The position is non-exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities
·Greets and serves all Marina customers quickly providing excellent customer experience
·Follows all safety and compliance regulations, with daily inspections to insure safe conditions
·Keeps the dock and customer areas clean and organized as instructed by management
·Professionally maintains and cleans equipment and docks as assigned
·Completes all other tasks as requested by management
·Operates gas pump and follows all processes concerning payment
·Reports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management
·Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives
·Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
·Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are around the dock, assisting as needed
·Appropriately demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed

Qualifications & Expectations
·Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to in sure the customers have a seamless experience while at the Marina Area
·Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
·Safely moves boats and equipment as instructed
·Efficiently provides excellent customer service
·Positive interaction with all team members
·Proficient swimmer, Customer Service, Ability to learn about boats, Follow directions
·Lift 10lbs infrequently, Standing, Climbing, Constant use of Hands, Outdoors
·Valid Driver’s License and valid boating license

Summary
Ship Store Clerks are the first point of contact for our customers at their OneWater store. They are passionate about delighting internal and external customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and profit goals through assisting customers in their buying decisions. The position is non-exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities
·Identifies the customer needs and fulfills them by providing excellent customer service
·Finalizes accessories transactions by properly closing each sale with accurate paperwork, including using suggestive selling of accessories that benefit the customer
·Builds and maintains positive customer and manufacturer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, reduce order times and enhance dealer reputation
·Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers
·Effectively communicates with customers & team on a timely basis, keeping them proactively informed of the status of their order
·Maintains neat and orderly displays, with accessories and supplies well merchandised to present a professional appearance and increase sales
·Ensures accuracy of inventory, controls shrinkage and obsolescence
·Maintains a clean, safe and environmentally friendly accessories operation. Stays current on legal, safety and recall information to protect all parties
·Supports General Manager in the ex*****on of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events, including accessory sales as appropriate
