Learn how you and each one in your family can make up and send meals per person to those struggling with hunger here and around the world. Project 216 (formerly Kids Against Hunger FW) equips our community with opportunities to package bags of rice-soy based meals that contain the optimal nutritional content needed by someone who is starving or malnourished. These meals are then sent to reliable organizations in the US and abroad where they are distributed as needed.

Over 17,000 life-saving meals were packed by a wide range of area volunteers who have a heart to serve others and do something about the growing need for nutritious food. These meals will be distributed by Feed The Hungry USA to some of the 650,000 children they feed daily around the world. What a blessing!

Watching these teenagers from Headwaters Church in action to serve those in need was so inspiring! On a mission to be the hands and feet of Jesus, they packaged almost 6,000 meals to provide food for our community. These meals will be distributed by Community Harvest Food Bank - Fort Wayne. You are our Hope Heroes! 🥰

What a joy it was to serve alongside Princess Hannah Dietel of the 500 Festival Princess Program and her family and friend on a beautiful Mother's Day to pack over 1,700 life-saving meals. These meals will be distributed by Community Harvest Food Bank - Fort Wayne to those facing food insecurity right here in our NE Indiana area. Special thanks to Woodburn Lutheran School who not only allowed us to use their facility but also donated towards these meals. You all are our Hope Heroes! 🥰
