PFS - Home Improvement

So, this project actually started last fall.
I had started dropping of supplies when I had an Emergency (required Surgery) after 8 weeks recovery (no heavy lifting) the snow started.
The 2 home owner were extremely understanding and patient.
1st project this spring!

Built each house a 10' opening, 4 gates total. As well as replacing 100' of chainlink fence.

Looking to fill my schedule with fun projects!

A little Bathroom shower action.
Removed Tub add a walk-in Shower. Client was older and having a hard time stepping in and out.
Turned out Great!
Enjoy.

Neat lil' job.
I got a call from a realtor, the stairs failed inspection and needed replaced for closing (the whole deck needs redone).
So fixed it up and made it safe for the seller. Which led to the buyer hiring me to do the while deck!
Going to be a Hot August!

Hey! Had to take a break for the Holiday Happy 4th!
Finished the Add on Master shower... turned a walk-in closet with a vanity/ toilet into a Master bathroom with shower.

Ope! I forgot to leave with pictures on Day 3ish...
(Wednesdays are for golf)

So here is Day 3 and 4.

Just have to Grout!
