Still very doable right now: crack sealing, pothole repairs, patching, drainage and catch basin work, and line striping. These have shorter scheduling windows and can absolutely still happen this season.

Move now or miss it: sealcoating. It needs temperatures above roughly 50 degrees plus enough time to cure fully. That threshold is coming up fast, and once it passes, you are waiting until spring.

Start planning for spring: major resurfacing and full lot reconstruction. Scope it now, budget it now, and get on the calendar early rather than competing for slots in March.
