The FROG sponsored Archery range is back open at the Victory Range Complex. We had one gentleman out today sending arrows.

50 days until the annual F.R.O.G. Banquet! The guns have been gathered, games and raffle items identified, and the bourbon has been bought. Still looking forward to seeing everyone that night!

- Alright! Pictures of the 2026 Youth Turkey hunters and their mentors. The Fort Riley Outdoorsmen Group wants to thank all the mentors one more time for a successful hunt! Special recognition for Paul Zadalis for supporting this successful hunting experience for these youth hunthers.

- News is that the Fort Riley Outdoorsmen Group Youth Turkey Hunt is at 90% harvested Gobblers. Good Hunting out there folks. Again, Thanks to all our mentors! Number 10 may have to be taken in the general season, but that is okay!

Another bird down! The youth hunters are at 80%! Congratulations to all the successful hunters and once again, many thanks to the mentors!

STOLEN from Paul Zadalis's page - Our Fort Riley Outdoorsmen Group kids are really getting after it this youth turkey season! Extremely high winds today didn't stop this happy youth hunter, Alyza Dodson-13, from getting her very first bird this afternoon with mentor, Greg Beaulieu, guiding her. Shot him at about 25 yards with the .410 Bore. What big and beautiful Tom!

70% of our youths have already filled their 2026 Spring Turkey tag! Congratulations to all so far. Details will come when we have all the tags filled. Thanks again to all of our mentors!
