HSC, HHBn, Fort Riley

This week our Soldiers participated in MRT by talking about Activating Thought and Consequences (ATC)during Victory Wellness morning. Soldiers learned the delineation of emotions and reactions and developed skills to better cope with common stressors.

This week our Soldiers attended a chain breaking class in preparation for rail operations. Safety procedures and deliberate operations are the main focus of the Company.

SGT Boatner was recognized as the Logistical Hero of the month! He continually strives to ensure the organization succeeds on a daily basis and we can’t thank you enough for everything you do!

Today we had the privilege of getting together and promoting one of our very own. Congratulations to our Property Book Officer, CW3 Olson! You have influenced this organization and provided immeasurable motivation. We all are thankful to have you on the team and excited to see our future accomplishments!

This week, the Company celebrated growth through promotions. It is our pleasure to introduce two of the Army’s newest PFCs (PFC Bartle and PFC Medellin), newest NCO (SGT Khalid), and two of the newest SSGs (SSG Mirenenko, and SSG DeLeon). Each Soldier has lived up to the Army Values and performed at levels beyond what is expected. We all look forward to seeing you and your families grow!

Last week for Victory Wellness Morning, our Soldiers had discussions on stressors and coping mechanisms in their daily lives. Combat Water Survival Training demonstrated how different stressors affect different people.

This week, the ready reserve had the opportunity to celebrate the retirement of out very own, 1SG Rausch. His commitment to our Soldiers and endless humor will be truly missed. We wish you and your family the best of luck!

Last week SGT Reno was recognized at the Division for being the DIVARTY logistics hero of the battle. He and his team have put in countless hours and dedicated themselves to the improvement of systems that make our organization function each day. His drive to succeed and ability to motivate his Soldiers are truly remarkable. “Raise Hell!”

SPC Smith graduated the Basic Leaders Course (BLC) in the top 20% making the commandant’s list and setting the standard for all his peers to follow. Congratulations and great job!

Last week, the Hellraisers said farewell to SGT Davies as he set to PCS to Fort Carson. We all wish you and your family good luck! You will be missed!

Today the Ready Reserve was afforded the opportunity to celebrate growth by promoting our very own CW2 Porter to CW3. Congratulations to you and your family! We look forward to your leadership and mentorship!

Last week for Foundation Day, our Soldiers had the opportunity to build esprit de corps and challenge each other both mentally and physically. Our Soldiers were split into teams with members that they weren’t used to working with and built lasting, working relationships.
