Miniopolis

A BIG win for ! Miami just proved something we’ve believed for years.🙌🏼

Tiny homes weren’t impossible to build. The rules made them impossible to build economically.

By updating its zoning code to allow cottage housing on qualifying small lots, Miami opened the door to more attainable homeownership, better use of vacant land, and stronger neighborhoods without high-rise development.

Now it’s time for the rest of Florida to pay attention.

For years, Miniopolis has been proving that resilience, sustainability, and efficiency don’t have to come with a luxury price tag. From Florida’s first 3D concrete printed tiny home to pioneering SIP and ICF tiny homes, we’ve been demonstrating what’s possible when innovation meets practical housing.

If you’d like to see more housing options in your community, help us start the conversation.🙏🏼

Most contractors won’t tell you this.

Because it’s easier to sell you a number than explain the process.

Here’s what we wish every Florida homeowner knew before they signed:
→ “Hurricane-resistant” doesn’t mean what you think
→ Permit timelines can wreck your budget
→ The cheapest bid almost always costs more

We build different. We explain everything.

Thinking about building in Florida? DM us “BUILD” — let’s start with a real conversation.

Big builders close fast. Then disappear faster.

We’ve seen the horror stories: → Punch lists ignored → Inspectors who work for them, not you → “Warranty claims” that vanish into voicemail

At Miniopolis, we do things different.

We call YOU after closing. We show up. We fix it.

Because building smarter doesn’t stop when you get the keys.

In the race to build housing more efficiently and affordably, 3D printing is becoming increasingly viable and popular. Financing for the homes, however, is still a significant hurdle. That’s about to change. Wells Fargo, one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, in conjunction with Icon, the biggest player in the 3D construction space, is announcing that it will write mortgages on homes built with Icon technology and also offer an incentive to buyers. Wells Fargo will provide a 50 basis point lender credit to buyers of Icon homes using its mortgages. Learn more about the 3D printed homes at the link in bio.
