Ricky Rescue Fire Training Academy

The best fire call? The one that never happens. 🚫

Fire Prevention Week is a reminder that some of the most important work happens before the tones ever drop.

Inspections. Education. Planning. Prevention.

Shoutout to the firefighters, inspectors, educators, and departments doing that work every day to keep their communities safer.

This week. Fort Myers. You in?

Codes & Standards kicks off October 8. If this class has been sitting on your list, now’s the time to get it handled.

Training is where you find the weak spots.

Not halfway through a call.

Practice the things you’re not comfortable with. Ask the questions you think you should already know. Run the skill again.

That’s what training is for.

As the population ages, EMS providers are seeing more calls involving multiple conditions, long medication lists, falls, mobility challenges, and changing communication needs.

That means training has to evolve, too.

Our latest blog looks at how an aging population is changing EMS and what future providers should be prepared for.

We can tell you about the courses all day.

We’d rather let the people who actually took them do the talking.
