The road to marksmanship excellence is built step by step.

1st Regiment has completed Grouping and Zeroing and now moves toward Weapons Qualification, where preparation meets performance.

2nd Regiment has completed M4 Function Checks and is preparing for Grouping and Zeroing, the critical first step in developing confidence behind the weapon system.

One regiment prepares to qualify.
Another prepares to zero.
Both continue toward the standard.

LAND NAVIGATION.

No GPS. No shortcuts. No one to point the way.

Just a map, a compass, and the confidence to make decisions under pressure.

Yesterday, 1st Regiment stepped into the Kentucky terrain to tackle one of the more challenging and rewarding events of Cadet Summer Training.

Every point found is proof of preparation, discipline, and trust in your abilities.

Find the point. Stay the course.

Welcome Wednesday.

The Army ROTC tradition runs deep in Arizona, and now it stands in formation with the 8th Brigade.

We are proud to officially introduce Northern Arizona University, Arizona State University, and the University of Arizona into our ranks.

These host programs bring a legacy of excellence, a commitment to developing the next generation of Army officers, and a competitive drive that will make every cadet in this Brigade sharper and stronger.

The formation grows stronger.

Welcome to 8th Brigade, Arizona.

That snap hook *click* changes everything.

One second you’re standing on the platform.
The next, you’ve committed.

The one-rope bridge doesn’t care about your excuses, your doubts, or how comfortable you are.

It only asks one question:
Are you willing to clip in?

Most people spend their lives staring at the obstacle.
Leaders clip in and make the move.
