Take advantage of smaller classes in June… we have 5 classes starting this week that have spaces available.
Tuesday (Tomorrow) – June 9th
• Odor 301 – Advanced Odor Detection, 6p (2 spaces available) – this class is for dogs that are on competition odor and focuses on handling skills.
Wednesday – June 10th
• Rally 101 – Introduction to Rally Obedience, 5pm (2 spaces available) – learn how to play the game
• Rally 210 – Advanced Rally Skills, 6:15p (4 spaces available) – improve your skills
Thursday - June 11th
• Beginning Obedience, 5pm (4 spaces available) – sits, stays, recalls, not jumping on people, loose-leash walking, heel
• Puppy Kindergarten, 6:15p (4 spaces available) – the best place to start with your young puppy
Each of these classes are for 6weeks and take place in Fort Collins at the Canine Learning Center.

We have two options for Beginning Obedience this summer….
* Thursdays, 5-6p
June 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16
* Mondays, 2:30-3:30p
June 15, 22, 29 July 6, 13, 20
Topics Include: loose leash walking, heeling with attention, recalls, stays, and not jumping on people.
These classes are appropriate for all breeds and mixes over 6 months in age.

Having a strong “Leave-it” can save you and your angel the heartbreak of an emergency vet visit.

This 3 week class is focused on strengthening your dog’s Leave It skills and rewarding them with a good Get It.

If your dog has already completed their Canine Good Citizen and you’d like to try the next level…. Our Prep class for CGC – Advanced and Urban begins Tomorrow, Sunday, May 31st at 1pm
This 6-wk class will help you and your dog prepare for both of the 10-element Canine Good Citizen Advanced and Urban Exams. The Exam is given on the last week.
If you choose to attach the title to your dog’s name, there is a separate application and fee sent to AKC.

Does your dog have some Reactivity you’d like help working through?
Whether it is with people or other dogs, we can help.
Our Reactive Rover class is 4 weeks and limited to 4 students. This class is conducted in a quiet and predictable environment for you and your dog to learn and practice better skills.
Classes are Sundays at 10am, beginning on May 31st.

A Simple Exercise Program for Your Dog
Keeping your dog active and comfortable does not have to require complicated equipment or a large space.
Join Joanne Lang, Canine Fitness & Massage Practitioner, for a practical, hands-on seminar designed to help you create a simple exercise program specifically for your dog.
During this session, you and your dog will learn:
🐕 Simple Daily Exercises
• 15-minute warm-up and cool-down exercises
• Activities requiring little to no equipment
• Exercises that can be performed in small spaces
🐕 Strength Training
• Core-strengthening techniques
• Exercises tailored specifically to your dog
🐕 Fitness Indicators
• Clues that may reveal your dog’s fitness level
• How to recognize warning signs of discomfort or potential injury before they become bigger problems
🐕 Massage Techniques
• How to find hidden areas of discomfort
• Basic massage techniques that may help relieve tension and support comfort
🐕 Canine Movement and Structure
• Begin to understand how your dog is designed to move
• Learn how to choose exercises that enhance your dog’s natural movement
This class includes both lecture and hands-on practice with your dog, giving you useful skills you can begin using at home.
