Another fun day at the autocross with the Z!! Installed a surge tank to eliminate the fuel starvation I was getting! Pulling too many gs for the fuel tank to handle! 😝Good times with the “crew”.. Neighbors (Rick with his 98 vette, Dee with her SLK55 AMG), John with his Charger, and Ronnie with his over built Z!

Take your Z to work day!
You stupid ass tech companies want us to trust self driving cars or AI when you cant even program an app, a printer, a browser, a phone, and well.. just about anything without it crashing, locking up or just doing something completely stupid for no reason... riiiigggghhhtt!!! How about you show us you can do the basics first REALLY WELL before trying to convince us to put our lives in the hands of some underpaid programmer....
Just felt like putting that out there!! 😆

Man I do love looking at this thing! Even more enjoyable when I get to hit the blast off pedal! This thing has no problem letting it be known there is a whole lot f***k off power waiting to be released!! We did good Max... we did good!
WINFactory wing removal! Grey silicone is the s**t!!
PSA: To everyone who has my hood strut kit...
Since day one, I have noticed in how i had them setup, the hood moved up quickly and abruptly stopped causing the hood to "bounce". Oddly, only a hand full of people every mentioned it to me, but over the years I had no solution. A couple of people bought different struts and had asked if I had any alternative options. Well, until last week, I did not have a solution. So, now, 10 years later, I remember a couple of people commenting on how the struts should be flipped over putting the cylinder on the hood side. I didn't think anything of it and never tried it until last week ... AND Damn it if the hood didn't go up like usual but then at the last inch of travel, slowed down to a nice calm opening with no bounce in the hood!!! So this left me cursing at myself for never trying something so simple!
SO, long story short... hahaha
Flip your struts over putting the cylinder on the hood side and all will be great!!
Thank you everyone for your decade long patience and please pass this info around!!!

It's as easy as drilling out the factory rivets with a 3/8 drill bit - drill out the center until top spins.. The hole left behind will be used to mount the seat to the bracket with supplied hardware..
Using a mallet, bang the tunnel in nicely to fit the seat belt tab with the bolt!
Please use a grade 10 bolt at least size M8 for the seat belt!
Test fit the bracket until it drops in nicely, then bolt the seat to it.

Got Ronnie Mullins new Braum seats on my WINFactory seat brackets! Same bolt pattern as the Brides but just a little wider, so I drilled new holes and will be updating the seat brackets to include the Braum pattern as I see them mentioned a bunch lately...
