A comprehensive approach to brain disorders with lifetime results using dTMS Brainsway procedure and many more solid research based therapies.
There are treatments for most brain disorders today. No brain disorder can be treated with just one therapy alone. This is the reason that I developed treatments that include a more comprehensive approach which includes diet, medications, brain therapies, exercises, herbs, sleep/hygiene, DNA analysis and deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (brainsway). My approach includes 5 weeks of initial intensive therapy followed by continued distance consulting for up to 9 months.

Following a healthy plant-based diet can reduce your risk of dementia, even if started later in life, according to new research. We recommend the plant-based, polyphenol-rich KetoFLEX 12/3 diet as part of the ReCODE Protocol to protect your brain health. https://www.brainandlife.org/articles/plant-based-diet-lower-dementia-risk

More evidence of s*x differences in Alzheimer’s disease: A new study found that a good score on a common Alzheimer’s screening test (MMSE, mini-mental state exam) may not reflect the changes occurring in women’s brains, which appear to compensate during the MCI phase (when many people first present to their practitioners) in a way that men do not. This is one of the reasons we use the much more sensitive CNS Vital Signs testing, which we used in both of our clinical trials.

There’s plenty of evidence to show that Type 2 diabetes can increase your risk of dementia, and some data suggesting similar findings for Type 1. But according to two researchers, calling Alzheimer’s disease Type 3 diabetes may be oversimplifying things (as I’ve said for many years—it’s just not that simple, there is much more to it). https://www.uchealth.org/today/diabetes-increases-risk-of-alzheimers-disease/

Consuming a plant-forward diet (like KetoFLEX 12/3) can support gut health, reduce inflammation, and protect cells from oxidative stress, and new research shows it increases your likelihood of reaching age 70 without chronic ailments. Unsurprisingly, ultra-processed foods were associated with a lower chance of healthy aging. https://www.prevention.com/food-nutrition/healthy-eating/a70009416/best-healthy-aging-diet-study/

Clearing beta-amyloid plaques does not repair key brain functions, according to new research from Japan on the drug lecanemab. The researchers are, unfortunately, just catching up to what all of us have known for over a decade. You need to address the actual drivers of the disease. Once you’ve done that, assisting in plaque removal may provide some benefit. Otherwise, you’re just replacing wet furniture without fixing the hole in your roof. http://sciencealert.com/one-of-our-biggest-hopes-for-alzheimers-treatment-doesnt-seem-to-work
