On this day .please remember. That this day is about GOD ,Jesus, family and loved ones.

In my family the kids get to open one gift on Christmas eve night cause they can't wait any longer. Kids do get excited for this one day a year.

Look at your children this morning. Look at the expressions on their faces. When the see what Is under all that pretty paper and bows .

Watch them play with the toys .

Try on the new clothes.

And ask you for help assembling

Or sitting down with them and playing with them .

Wow what an amazing feeling.

You as a parent. Or grand parent need to remember when you was young and enjoyed opening gifts .

And you will realize that this is a magical day you don't want to miss .and you should enjoy every minute. Turn back the hands of time in you mind get down on the floor and play with them . Sit at the table and do crafts .or color . Play cards or a new board game. Enjoy this day . For one day they won't want to play .and you will miss that trust me I know first hand .

But please tell your children. The meaning of this day .

So it does not get lost .this is to celebrate Jesus's birthday. The day the world got a saviour .tell them about giving thanks for what they have . And teach them to be generous. Forgiving .and loving people .
