Another round of Food Preparation classes are coming soon on Saturday August 2nd. I will have both a morning class at 10am and an afternoon class starting at 1pm at Cooper Farm Garden Center.

I will be teaching a food preservation class at Cooper Farm on February 12th and February 20th. I will be going over the fundamentals on canning, fermenting, dehydrating, and freeze drying. Please email [email protected] if you would like to reserve a spot.
