Precision Bath

This bathtub and shower remodel was all about bringing the bathroom space up to the same quality level as the rest of the home. The home has large open spaces and beautiful high ceilings, however the builder clearly skipped on the bathroom finishes. We decided to install an open concept curb-less shower and tub wet area by removing the wall. This allowed us to install a freestanding tub that was the same size as the original but deeper. More importantly it changed the shower from 42”x42” to 42” x 80” which was a profound improvement. Plus it looks amazing!

Beautiful New Master Bath utilizing 24”x48” wood wall tiles to really transform the bathtub space. Combine that with moving back the original walls and installing a seamless mosaic tile throughout and it really created a large open feel bathroom compared to the previous design!

This is probably the most interesting bathroom I’ve ever done. The house is 100 plus years old and had been renovated over and over through the years. The new homeowner wanted the bathroom to match some of the beautiful features that still remained from the original home. To our surprise when we gutted the space, under 3 layers of renovation work (paneling, paneling, and Sheetrock) we discovered the original shiplap that was over 100 years old! We carefully removed all we could, refinished It, and used it on all the walls. In addition, we reworked the layout adding room for a stacked washer / dryer. The combination of the original shiplap and the homeowners elegant choices created a gorgeous bathroom that’s modern but matches the feel of the original home. That combined with resolving a multitude of previous renovation mistakes (cutting floor joist really guys?) equals a beautiful bathroom that will hopefully last another 100 years.

We headed up to Hot Springs AR for this recent bathroom remodel. When one of our best customers told us they had a water leak under their master bathroom foundation we decided to head up there and help. The entire bathroom was gutted affording the opportunity to change the layout. Walls were removed centering the double shower and creating a large open space to enjoy!

This new construction home was beautifully designed inside and out. However since it was a spec home they installed a small fiberglass shower and soaking tub. The new homeowners had no use for the tub and needed a nice walk in shower with no curb. So we swapped the tub for a large and easily accessible shower. The old shower niche we tuned into a huge closet with built in storage. Much more user friendly and now matches the rest of the home!

This one’s pretty crazy. This is a completely custom designed treehouse for the grandkids. Amazing treehouse we all wish we had when we were growing up. We designed and built everything from scratch including some playground components purchased online. It’s really amazing to see in person!

Completely gutted master bathroom. Swapped the shower and tub locations to increase the shower size, improve the flow, and create corner storage. Also modified the large block tub window to be waterproof and centered on the shower. Really opened up the space and made it so much more inviting.

Back to the pool house. The customer wanted an outdoor TV for viewing around the pool. However he wanted it hidden (from weather and theft). We decided to fabricate a lift that lowers a 70” TV from the ceiling using a standard harbor freight winch. We paired it with outdoor speakers for an outstanding setup!

This kitchen is outstanding. Probably my favorite thus far. We knocked out the wall to improve the layout and added many custom cabinet upgrades. The best part is all the customizations were done using standard RTA cabinets. This created a super high end look for half the cost. Brilliant!

On this same property the customer decided to have us add some beautiful copper overhangs and brass accent fencing, gates, and storage boxes. Really made the property stand out!

This pool house was finished out with a beautiful bathroom on one side and storage with a loft on the other (custom cabinets and a ladder) Also decided to add an awesome outdoor shower while we were at it!

Due to some terrible sheetrock texturing this customer decided to bring their kitchen to the studs during the renovation. Made a huge difference and allowed us to change literally everything in the room.
