PTSD affects millions of people, yet many continue to struggle in silence. In fact, 1 in 11 adults in the U.S. will be diagnosed with PTSD in their lifetime.
PTSD can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, and its effects can look different for everyone. While the journey is not always easy, healing is possible with the right support and treatment. 💙
During PTSD Awareness Month, we’re helping raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and remind those struggling that they do not have to go through it alone.
