The History It all started with Vinh Chop Suey in Baden, MO in 1978 where my grandfather first opened the Saint Louis Chop Suey style Chinese eatery.
Since the restaurant business runs in the family Kenny Truong decided to open his own restaurants "The Rice House". He opened his first restaurant in April 2011 and the second one in October 2013 both located in Florissant, MO.
