‼️Fitzgerald Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing automotive service team‼️

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service technicians. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s service needs, coordinate repairs from start to finish, and make sure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

If you’re personable, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we’d love to have you join the Fitzgerald Ford team!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming service experience.
• Listen carefully to customers’ vehicle concerns and accurately document their needs.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with technicians and the Service Manager to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process regarding recommendations, updates, and completion times.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Handle cash and other transactions accurately while maintaining proper documentation.
• Recommend additional maintenance and services when appropriate while always prioritizing honesty, transparency, and customer trust.
• Manage multiple customers and service requests in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay: $30,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience and performance
