With the week heading up to Thanksgiving Day there is the reconnecting of friends and family. Today we celebrate a place that has been a staple for decades for the "meet up".

It sits majestically in the middle of Main Street Fishkill. Of Course, we speak of the one and only The White House Bar

Year after year, day after day the bar is always open. Most legendary is/was the Wednesday Night before Thanksgiving. Swing that door open, like unwrapping a Christmas Present to see what and who was inside. The locals and the former locals back in town to visit, all crammed in like Sardines getting lit up prior to Turkey Day, what a scene.
