The Big Run for Global Running Day was so much fun! It’s one of my favorite races of the year because I get to see SO many members of our running community! I ran the 5k last night and while it wasn’t a PR it was my best time in over 2 years and I beat my goal! I also came in 4th in my age group which is wild because 30-39 is HARD! 😤💪🏼
Listening to these clips back and hearing how supportive this community and my friends are brings me true joy 🥰
I also wore my kit for the first time and I am truly obsessed with the quality!! best purchase of 2026 hands down!!
now we’ve got two more races this weekend!!
this summer we’re showing up, we’re putting in the work, and we’re making improvements 😤
the NYC marathon isn’t going to know what hit it!

HAPPY GLOBAL RUNNING DAY ⭐️🏃🏻♀️✨
How is it even possible to wrap up 10 years of running with 20 photos?! The people and places that run I g have brought to me are some of my most cherished memories.
Running has gotten me through so much, good and bad! I’ve started trail running, I’ve run 48 half marathons, 5 full marathons and 2 ultras! With my 6th marathon loading this year and hopefully my 50th half as well!
I’ll be forever grateful for this space to share my journey and keep connecting with people through this beautiful sport!

the worst thing about prison was the dementors 😝
I think it’s giving Prison Mike but you know what I’m still gonna rock it!
