Branches are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm (except Monument Circle which is closed). All branches are closed on Sundays. Our Contact Center Phones are open Monday through Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm. Contact Center Online Chat is open Monday through Friday 8am-10pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm.
