PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - If you have low water pressure when you turn on your hose for the first time this spring, turn it OFF immediately. You could have a leak in the hose spigot (also known as a hose faucet or hose bibb) and it may very well be flooding your house. It happened to three of my clients last year!

2 jobs down, 1 to go... Fixed some siding, installed a return air grill (so this furnace can have a filter), fixed a water heater and I'm still not done for the day.

Alright friends. I have a confession to make... I am a dumpster diver.
I pulled this cutting board out of the trash at a friend's house. He complained it was stained and didn't have handles or a groove for the juices. He had already bought a new one.
I put the router to it, some sand paper, several coats of mineral oil, and a lot of elbow grease. GOOD AS NEW!

Out with the old carpet and in with the new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. I highly recommend LVP over laminate, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. Looks pretty good throughout the house as well!
