Congratulations to all of the 2026-2027 Stronger Partners Brighter Futures Cohort Members! We are especially excited to see two Hamilton County organizations, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre and Grace Care Center, in this wonderful group of well-deserving nonprofits.
This program helps nonprofits launch or strengthen planned giving programs by providing expert guidance and practical tools to build long-term momentum. The program is facilitated by Cape Fletcher Associates, a Central Indiana-based philanthropic consulting firm.
Join us in congratulating this year's cohort!

Happy Pride Month from HCCF!
This month invites us to reflect on what it takes to build a community where everyone feels like they belong.
Strong communities are built on inclusion. Yet LGBTQIA+ individuals are disproportionately impacted by challenges like housing instability and mental health needs, especially in the absence of support.
At HCCF, we believe everyone deserves access to the resources and opportunities that allow them to thrive. That’s why we’re committed to supporting efforts that build a more inclusive, connected Hamilton County.

From challenges to opportunities, one message from Westfield Chamber of Commerce's State of Healthcare was clear: when healthcare is part of broader community conversations and leaders across sectors align on Hamilton County's most pressing priorities, we move beyond ideas and into real action.
Collaboration throughout the county is the most essential part of turning momentum into meaningful change and creating a stronger community that truly thrives.

We loved hearing about the impact of tourism across the county and we ended our day by exploring Conner Prairie's must-see exhibit, Wellspring.
As HCT President and CEO Karen Radcliff shared, “When tourism thrives, the community thrives.”
With so much on the horizon, 2026 is really is the year to be here!
