We founded Access Transcripts after working in the field for decades, so we know what it's like to be in the trenches, preparing transcripts, working against deadlines, and juggling our jobs, family, and hobbies. What You'll Do

✅ Transcribe audio recordings of legal proceedings, including court hearings, depositions, and interviews with precision and clarity
✅ Proofread transcripts to ensure grammatical accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to legal terminology standards
✅ Review and edit transcripts for consistency, completeness, and accuracy before final submission
✅ Format documents using Microsoft Word according to specified guidelines
✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
✅ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information at all times
✅ Collaborate with our team to clarify unclear audio or transcript discrepancies as needed

What We Are Looking For

✅ Attention to Detail

✅ U.S. Based
✅ Two Years of Experience in Legal
✅ Strong Work Ethic
✅ Ability to work in Microsoft Word
✅ Familiarity with FTR, CourtSmart, JAVS, VIQ, ExpressScribe, etc.
✅ Knowledge of legal terminology and court proceedings
✅ Good sense of humor (not mandatory but it makes life more fun)
