In the holiday spirit, RQAW | DCCM wrapped up the year with a week full of cheer, delicious food, and a little friendly competition 🎄

Our annual decorating contest brought out incredible creativity across departments, and the Holiday Sweater Contest added even more festive fun. Between competitions, the team gathered for a celebratory lunch and enjoyed a cozy hot chocolate bar, taking time to connect and reflect on another productive year. Here’s to a joyful holiday season and an exciting year ahead!

Improving Bridge Standards in Vigo County

The Vigo 205 Bridge Replacement in Vigo County, IN delivers major improvements for safety and efficiency. The project increased the waterway opening to reduce flooding risks, removed a pier to improve hydraulic performance, and minimized the grade raise for better roadway alignment. The bridge was upgraded to Level One standards, providing a stronger, more resilient structure that will serve the county for years to come reflecting our commitment to building thriving communities.

RQAW | DCCM is proud to celebrate the completion of The Linc Apartments in downtown Valparaiso. This $29 million mixed-use development brings 129 modern residential units and 6,000 square feet of retail space to the heart of the city, creating a vibrant, walkable community. The Linc fills a major housing gap and introduces new storefronts along The Old Lincoln Highway, making this a transformative milestone for urban living in Valparaiso.

Partnering with the Town of Wheatland for Sustainable Growth 💧

RQAW | DCCM was honored to work with the Town of Wheatland on the completion of the wastewater system improvements project. This upgrade delivered modern infrastructure and environmental protection for 500+ residents as our water/wastewater engineers designed a new sanitary sewer system featuring an extended aeration plant with three positive displacement blowers, several miles of low-pressure force main, one lift station, and a package wastewater treatment plant. With innovative design and collaboration, the project secured $14 million in grant funding and stayed on time and on budget.

Ribbon Cutting for Clinton County’s New Annex Building ✂️

This week, RQAW | DCCM joined Clinton County for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Annex building in downtown Frankfort. This three-story, 41,925-sf facility will provide much-needed office space and accommodate future growth for the county. We’re honored to design this project and partner with Envoy to deliver a building that complements the historic town square!
