This Motor District Westfield unit started as an infrastructure-forward shell - we finished it out with warm-toned LVP flooring, custom grey cabinetry, and a quartz-topped bar built for hosting as much as horsepower.

Motor District in Westfield is turning heads for good reason - deeded garage condos built for people who take their vehicles as seriously as their homes. This unit started as an infrastructure-forward shell and we got to finish out the rest: a mezzanine lounge that stays warm all winter and a bar built for hosting.
We brought in warm wood-look LVP flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, and a quartz-topped island bar with seating for the whole crew - the kind of details that make this garage condo feel like an extension of home, not just storage.
Minutes from Grand Park and an easy drive from Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, and Noblesville, Motor District is quickly becoming the spot for collectors and enthusiasts across Hamilton County. We loved bringing this one to life. 💛📌📌

This custom build with AR Homes is one of those projects where every detail earns its place. 🤍
Wide plank white oak flooring runs through the main level, warming up the wide-open living space and grounding a striking wave-textured fireplace wall. Downstairs, a wine wall and bar area come alive with a hand-set gold hexagon tile backsplash — the kind of detail that turns a hallway stop into a destination. And the primary bath? A glass-enclosed spa shower and freestanding soaking tub, opposite a rich bronze honeycomb tile accent wall that catches the light from every angle.
Flooring and tile can make or break a space - this home is proof of what happens when they're done right.
