Parks Flooding Update ⚠️ Due to the ongoing travel advisory, flooding, and road closures throughout Fishers and Hamilton County, the following Fishers Parks properties will be closed today, Friday, August 14, 2026:
• Fishers White River Park (5650 White River Park Drive)
• Fishers AgriPark (11171 Florida Road)
• Geist Waterfront Park (10811 Olio Road)
• Cumberland Park (10580 Cumberland Road)
• Hamilton Proper Park (10525 Hoosier Road)

Tonight’s Park After Dark event at Geist Waterfront Park has been canceled.

Due to the hazardous conditions from heavy rainfall and flash flooding, a Travel Watch has been issued.

A Travel Watch means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a "watch" local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended, and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.

The Travel Watch will be in place until conditions improve.

⚠️ Flood-related road closures

Due to flooding, the following areas are currently closed:

• Florida Road between Geist Ridge Drive and Martha Street
• 113th Street between Atlantic Road and Southeastern Parkway
• Multiuse trail along Florida Road, south of the Fall Creek bridge

Please avoid these areas, use alternate routes and never drive or walk through floodwaters.
