βΌοΈ Tonight's Touch-A-Truck event is cancelled. βΌοΈ
Due to the risk for severe weather this afternoon, we have made the decision to cancel todayβs Touch-A-Truck event out of an abundance of caution for our guests, staff, and vendors.
We know families were looking forward to this event, and we appreciate your understanding as safety remains our top priority. We will not be rescheduling the event for this year - but we look forward to Touch-A-Truck's return in 2027.
Thank you for your patience, and please stay weather safe and aware this afternoon.

Before graduation, Fishers Fire Department Recruit Class 40 took part in a tradition that connects them to the generations of firefighters who came before them.
The class completed a memorial run to the Hamilton County Fallen Firefighter Memorial, taking time to honor those who dedicated their lives to serving others and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
As they prepare to begin their careers, this tradition serves as a reminder that the fire service is built on courage, commitment, and a responsibility to carry forward the legacy of those we have lost.
We remember. We honor. We never forget.

Fishers Fire Department was dispatched to a residential fire early this morning after a neighbor noticed smoke and fire coming from the rear of a home and called 911.
The family and their pets safely evacuated before firefighters arrived.
Crews quickly contained the fire to a sunroom and rear deck, preventing it from spreading further into the home. No injuries were reported.
As a reminder, smoke alarms are one of the most important safety devices in your home. Test them regularly and replace them according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

This morning, Fishers Fire Department responded to a moving truck fire in The Yard at Fishers District.
Fortunately, everyone was able to get out of the truck safely before firefighters arrived.
Crews arrived to find the truck heavily involved in fire and quickly worked to bring it under control. No other vehicles or structures were affected.
Vehicle fires can grow rapidly, which is why it's important to act quickly if you notice smoke, flames, or a burning odor while driving:
β
Pull over safely
β
Turn off the vehicle
β
Move everyone a safe distance away
β
Call 911
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.

This afternoon, Fishers Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the Plantana neighborhood. The resident at home safely evacuated with their pet, and no injuries were reported.
Firefighters arrived to find fire impacting the exterior of the garage and garage attic. Thanks to the swift actions of firefighters, crews were able to stop the fire from spreading into the home's living areas. A neighboring home sustained exterior damage, but the fire did not spread beyond the original residence.
Weβre grateful for the efforts of everyone who responded and helped ensure a safe outcome. A special thank you to Fishers Fire Corps for providing rehab support, and to Fishers Police Department for their assistance on scene.
