LearningRx Indianapolis
LearningRx works with kids and adults, improving the core cognitive skills the brain uses to think,
When memory, attention, reading, or comprehension skills are weak, learning and life can be harder than they need to be for children and adults. At LearningRx, our brain training programs target and train these weak skills using a series of intense (but fun!) mental exercises that work on the way the brain learns, thinks, remembers, and performs. Clients work one-on-one with their own personal brain trainer, which is a big part of what makes us so unique and our results so effective.
Did someone say competition? đź‘€đź§
Turn almost any activity into a challenging game, and Luke was ready to put his brain power to the test! From strategy and memory to focus and quick thinking, he brought his A-game and made learning fun along the way. đź’™
Sometimes a little friendly competition made the challenge even more exciting! 🎯
Sometimes making a different choice meant starting a new path. 🧠✨
For some families, exploring brain training became a new step toward understanding their student’s learning challenges. Students learned new skills, practiced through challenges, and continued working toward their goals one session at a time.
Taking that first step wasn’t always easy, but families shared that having support along the journey made a difference. 💙
A new path could start with simply learning more about what’s possible.

What would this kind of growth do for your child this school year? We love celebrating stories like this one every single day. If you're heading into the fall semester with any concerns about your child's ability to meet the demands of the year, don't wait it out. Call us today to take the first step!
Results from a past client; individual outcomes can vary, but ask us about our research and results—we'd love to share more about what could happen for your family!
We regularly hear from families who have worked with the school or adapted their homeschool curriculum to accommodate for issues with memory, focus, processing speed, or reading...
And while these are helpful in the moment for getting kids through the school day, it's important to consider 👉 How are these accommodations preparing your child for life?
What if instead you targeted the root cause of their struggles and built up the skills that were weak so they could think and learn more confidently & independently?
If this sounds like something you want for your child, don't put off getting them the help they need. Our cognitive skills assessment can shine a light on where their brain is hitting a roadblock in learning and how you can support their continued growth!

If a child is just struggling in one subject, a tutor might be helpful.
But when it's persistent and shows up in more than one subject or part of life, that's a major signal that the issue is cognitive, not content-based.
At LearningRx we work on the skills that underlie our ability to think and learn, regardless of the subject, school type, or context.

sat down with Dr. Michaeleen Doucleff, author of Dopamine Kids and Hunt, Gather, Parent, to talk about something that changes the way we think about the power struggles we face with our kids around screens, snacks, and habits...
Dopamine isn't about pleasure. It's about wanting.
And once you understand that difference, the battles start to make a lot more sense (and so does the way forward).
They talk through real, practical ways to help your kids want the things that are actually good for them, without the power struggles.

A child’s diagnosis can feel like a lifeline and a weight at the same time.
When your child struggles with attention, learning, anxiety, behavior, or social connection, the question isn’t only “What is it?” It’s also “What will a diagnosis change for my child, for school, for insurance, and for how they see themselves?”
On this episode of podcast, Dr. Amy is joined by pediatric neuropsychologist Dr. Rebecca Fontanetta to talk through the pros and cons of seeking a diagnosis and what matters more than the label at the end of the day.
