Kindergarten: DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella
6th Grade: Tdap, MCV4 ( #1), HPV (2 doses)
12th Grade: MCV4 ( #2), MenB (2 doses)
Annually: COVID-19 & Flu (recommended around October)
