Join me for all or select which days work Monday-Wednesday 9:00-11:00 if you are entering grades 5-8! We will run, jump, push, pull, dribble, juggle, shoot, and scrimmage. We will be having a blast so come join us to close out the last days of Summer. We tested this idea out last week and it was my favorite session of the entire summer!!!!!!! Let’s go!!!!! Does your 5-12 year old LOVE soccer? Are you eager for your 5-12 year old to experience being coached by professional coaches? Sometimes when you play at the recreational level it’s hard because a lot of the coaches are AMAZING parents who are happy to help out and make sure teams can happen, but they don’t always have the most experience when it comes to teaching the game. I’d love the chance to support and coach your child if this is something you’ve been looking for. Next week, July 14-17, Monday-Thursday 9:00-12:00 is camp! A second week of camp is available in August. Many times we only have services available for the competitive players, but I’m thrilled to reach this incredible group of kids and leave an impact in their lives. Registration will close for the July camp on Saturday night. Invite a friend or two and get signed up. August camp has spots available and registration will remain open for that week until August 1.

I met in 2016 at this event for fitness professionals called IDEA west. I was beginning to build a new life after stopping my soccer career. I had a HUGE vision for what would one day be but I had no clue how. When I sat in on Todd’s session I knew I had found someone who could mentor me along the way. I signed up for all the things and made whatever sacrifices I needed to so I could be in the room. I always felt a little out of place, the young, quiet one, but I had a mighty spirit rising inside of me and was putting the right people in to place to teach me things I did not know I did not know. Here we are today, 2025, I still feel like the young kid in the group, but I’ve grown. I have a beautiful family at home that is an integral part of my success and an army of supporters sprawled across the US. Everyday I celebrate the goodness that is in my life, even in the extra hard days. As the founder of I get to lead my team of trainers and coaches in a beautiful space that has evolved over the past 9 years into something more than I could have imagined. I get to work with incredible people who are fighting for their health and futures through fitness and wellness. I serve so many families as we mentor and train up kids of the next generation to be incredible humans that will impact the world, we do it through intentional coaching. We are more than a soccer training facility or a fitness center: we are impact makers and world shakers.

When I was a little girl and dreaming of playing professional soccer I had a host of players I looked up to. These players were my idols. I hoped to be just like them. I had their photos all over my room. I tried to emulate how they played! As I look back, the vast majority of these idols were men. I still believed I could do anything they could.

As I look at today’s game, I am overjoyed to see how the landscape has grown. Girls who are currently dreaming of becoming pro, just like I was, now see WOMEN and men performing on the world’s stage. Now little girls have photos of women on their walls. They try to emulate players like Alex Morgan, Aitana Bonmati, Naomi Girma, Lindsey Horan, Crystal Dunn, and Sam Kerr. Girls today can believe they can do anything those women can do.
