New project. Why do people do this? To hide the terrible “work” that they did to flip (or flop) a house.
Better things to come.

We built a custom coop! The Taj Mahal of coops!

Needed to hold 30 chickens, have interior storage, and and use mostly reclaimed materials. Oh, and look good!

This is made from reclaimed pallets, miscellaneous lumber on the property, used steel roof panels and an old, much smaller coop and its surround to come up with a unique space for the ladies.
It is lined floor to ceiling with 1/2” space wire cloth to prevent and rodent/critter intrusion & a deeply discounted admin building office door. A couple found free windows for plenty of natural light. Finished off the gaps in the pallets with cedar fence boards charred in a “shogu ban” style boards adds a nice contrast to the natural colors of the pallets.
A little chicken deck finishes it off for asthetics and a dry place to be outside.
What does your dream coop look like?

Looking for a unique gift for the pet (person) in your life?
I make custom food and water dishes for your lil buddies!
I make these in a variety of wood; oak, cedar, wormwood, spalted maple, etc.
The tall food dish is sequoia, and the lower water dish is a black walnut end-cut from a headboard (shown) that I made.
I do random builds to fit the pieces of wood I work with and the base is unique to the piece as well. The bases are made of steel and powdercoated in matte black (color options available)
I can make single or double dishes, tall or short to accommodate any pet!
All are faceted and stained/sealed or clear coated to highlight to beauty of the piece.
All pieces include new, high quality dishes that are fit to each dish.
Prices start at $80.00.
