After some fiddlin', I have managed to cobble together a 3 Wire Calculator and Feed / Speed Calculator for Android devices. Keep in mind I'm no programmer. And this is probably the best I can do. It is fresh and appears to work with the testing I have done. I do intend on adding more and updating in the future. [ 29 more words ]

There is now a NEW three wire calculator available to use in the Tools section! Three Wire Calculator : Javascript I decided to write it in javascript so it would be easier on our mobile users. This new version calculates the Pitch Diameter and the Wire Measurement for 60 degree threads. If you wish to use it for metric threads, all values must first be converted to Inches. Occasionally a customer will ask us to duplicate a sample part. Most of the time the part was custom made years ago by others, or it is an item that simply cannot be 'purchased.' I have uploaded pictures into the Welding page, showing the finished product (Left), next to the sample part (Right). We are calling it a lift, as that is what it appears to do for this customer. The job required little machining, some rod bending, and welding with the TIG setup.

Recently, we had the opportunity to help out the local high school rocketry class at R.L.Turner by repairing some needed equipment. We were proud and honored to lend a hand. The Rocket was launched May 15th, 2015. We were told it had achieved super sonic speeds. Congrats to those students!
