Western Aircraft was proud to host HR professionals from across the Pinnacle Air Network for a collaborative gathering focused on sharing ideas, strengthening connections, and exchanging best practices.

Representatives from Cutter Aviation, Elevate Aviation Group, Fargo Jet Center, KCAC Aviation, MAC Air Group, West Coast Aviation Services, and Western Aircraft came together to discuss the people side of aviation, learn more about our company, and experience a taste of Boise, Idaho.

As a member of the Pinnacle Air Network, we value the opportunity to connect with other respected aviation organizations and continue building strong relationships across the industry.

We are grateful to be part of the Paragon Aviation Group and enjoy growth opportunities alongside our network partners!

Our Line Services Manager, Russ, joined this crew for an evening of community, connection, and shared comradery around running a fixed based operation (FBO).

We had a blast hosting students from the Northern Cass School District #97 STEM Class! ⚙️

✈️ STEM in action!

Yesterday, our high school STEM learners had the opportunity to tour the Fargo Jet Center and Air Traffic Control Tower—and what an incredible experience it was!

Learners got a behind-the-scenes look at how professionals from a wide range of careers—including engineers, mechanics, pilots, trainers, meteorologists, business professionals, and more—work together on complex projects and operations.

One of the highlights was learning about Weather Modification International and how specialized aircraft are used in cloud seeding to help increase precipitation or reduce the potential for major weather-related damage. 🌧️✈️

We also visited the air traffic control tower, where photos weren’t allowed, but the experience was unforgettable! Learners listened as air traffic controllers coordinated aircraft and worked to keep everything moving safely and efficiently. Talk about a high-focus, high-responsibility career!

Experiences like this help our learners see the many possibilities within STEM and connect what they’re learning in the classroom to real-world careers. We’re grateful to the Jet Center and everyone who took the time to share their expertise with our Jaguars! 💛🖤

Join us for the free Girls in Aviation Day event taking place at the Moorhead Airport today from 10 AM to 3 PM. This event is geared towards girls 8-17 years old, but all families are welcome to join. Stop by our booth to grab some sunglasses and meet our team. 🕶️

Participants will get to view airplanes up close, enjoy hands on activities, and learn more about the aviation industry as a whole. We are proud to be a silver sponsor of this event, investing in the bright futures of girls pursuing aviation. 🛫

Championed by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, YPN equips young professionals with the connections, skills, and opportunities needed to thrive personally and professionally.

We are inspired by this group's curiosity and passion for leadership development. We are grateful to support leaders from across the region through sessions like this.

Back in August, we had the privilege of welcoming the University of North Dakota for a tour and alumni reception. 💚

After a full three-day bus tour across North Dakota for new UND faculty and administrators, the group capped off their adventure at FJC! They were met with warm welcomes from alumni, hearty appetizers, and plenty of green swag.

We're always glad to support UND and its work to strengthen academics, industry, and partnerships across North Dakota. Thanks to the UND Alumni Association & Foundation for co-hosting, and to Jamal Burgess for the great photos! 📸
