Rain showers will continue across the state tonight through Monday. Some snow may mix in across the northwest Monday as well. The rest of week will see cooler temperatures. A few showers may return mid to late week.

Today is World Mental Health Day and it's a good reminder that you don't have to make a big change to take care of your mental health.

Small steps count. Choose one thing you can do for yourself today:
- Call a friend.
- Take a walk.
- Spend time outside.
- Take a break from your phone.
- Get extra rest.
- Do something you enjoy.

Just take the step.

Today is "Thankful Thursday" for National 4-H Week!

North Dakota 4-H has deep roots. We are thankful for all the years filled with amazing memories, moments and learning opportunities... and we are thankful for YOU. Generations of our 4-H'ers have made the program possible.

Our Pens to Processor program will give participants a closer look at cattle evaluation, carcass grading and pricing and how those things impact that value of the final product.

It’s National 4-H Week, and we’re celebrating the young people, volunteers and communities who make 4-H possible across North Dakota.

Through North Dakota 4-H 🍀, youth across the state are building leadership skills, exploring STEM and agriculture, serving their communities, developing career skills and discovering what they’re capable of. From local clubs and camps to school enrichment, hands-on projects and statewide leadership opportunities, 4-H creates experiences that help young people grow with confidence.

Our goal is bigger than preparing youth for their next step. We’re helping them become Beyond Ready. Ready to lead, ready to solve problems, ready to contribute to their communities and ready to navigate an ever-changing world.

The AgTech Champion Communities Program will help rural North Dakota communities build local leadership and partnerships, understand workforce needs, explore AgTech and entrepreneurship opportunities, engage youth and employers, and advance a locally identified initiative.

Selected communities will receive:
- $10,000 in project funding
- A dedicated community coach
- A customized Community Workforce Data Profile
- Leadership, entrepreneurship and AgTech learning opportunities
- Resources to expand youth career awareness and work-based learning
- Connections to AgTech innovators, entrepreneurs and statewide resources
