Our second 50th Anniversary Celebration took place last night in Dickinson, and what an incredible evening it was! ✨

Today, Roers was honored to receive the Workplace Safety Milestone Award from the North Dakota Safety Council.

This award recognizes organizations that have maintained an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 1.0 or below for five consecutive years. This is a testament to a strong culture of safety and accountability!

We're especially proud to celebrate this achievement during National Safety Month. Thank you to our team members who make safety a priority every day and help create a safe workplace for everyone. 👏

Celebrating the People Behind Roers ✨

For 50 years, our people have been the foundation of Roers. We asked team members to describe Roers in their own words. Here’s Jesse's take!

May was Brain Cancer Awareness Month. 🩶

This year, the cause hit close to home for our team, as one of our own is currently undergoing treatment for brain cancer.

Throughout the month, we showed our support by wearing grey every Friday, displaying grey ribbons around the office, and standing alongside our teammate, Sammy, throughout this journey.

We are keeping Sammy in our thoughts and wish her strength, positivity, and the very best as she continues her treatment.

Tailgate Tuesday with Associated Builders and Contractors - Minnesota/North Dakota Chapter (ABC)!

We are proud to kick off this year's Tailgate Tuesday with ABC! Our team enjoyed time outdoors, shared a lunch, and participated in a discussions on job site safety and the importance of toolbox talks. This was a great opportunity to bring our team together, strengthen our safety culture, and reinforce our commitment to keeping everyone safe on every job site.

Our superintendent, Broc, recently led a safety stand-down to reinforce the importance of completing every project thoroughly, without rushing or cutting corners. Taking a few extra minutes to work safely can make a life changing difference.

At the end of the day, no deadline or task is worth someone getting hurt. Safety remains our top priority, and we’re committed to making sure everyone goes home safely every day.

Celebrating Retirement ✨

Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating the retirement of our incredible executive assistant, Marilyn. Over the past three and a half years, her hard work, dedication, and positive spirit have made a lasting impact on our team.

As Marilyn begins this exciting new chapter, we wish her endless joy, memorable travels, and plenty of quality time with loved ones.
