Celebrating the People Behind Roers ✨

As we celebrate 50 years, we’re proud to highlight the people who help make Roers a great place to work. Here's Tracy's take!

We’re honored to see Shannon featured in this article representing ROERS! Thank you, Shannon, for representing our team and making us proud!

Who writes the American story?

Across all of the letters that business leaders have written to America for its 250th anniversary, the same people keep showing up: truck drivers, teachers, factory workers, farmers, nurses, volunteers, military families, neighbors.

Shannon Roers writes about her father's resilience and the 125+ employees who've built careers at ROERS, the North Dakota company he started. Phillips Tube Group, Inc.'s Angela Phillips describes her gratitude when she sees the American story play out on her own shop floor every morning in Ohio. American Trucking Associations writes about the driver who climbs into the cab before dawn and their commitment to keep America running. Consumer Brands Association CEO Melissa Hockstad names the farmer, the line worker, the driver, and the retailer behind every product on the shelf and the brands that are interwoven in our lives. And from the heart of our country, the Wichita Chamber of Commerce celebrates the small businesses and community of builders that serve the military and their families.

Roughly 160 million Americans go to work in this country every day. Almost none of them will appear in a history book.
