The Fargo Public Library's Rubber Duck Costume Contest starts Thursday, October 1, and we're excited to see what you create!
🦆 Pick up: Starting October 1 (one duck per person, while supplies last) at any FPL location
🎨 Decorate your duck at home with your own supplies OR attend one of our Duck-oration Drop-in events and we supply the decorating materials:
• Oct. 1 at the Main Library starting at 5:30PM
• Oct. 10 at the Dr. James Carlson Library at 2PM
🎨 Return your decorated duck to any FPL Location by October 23
Ducks will be on display at the Main Library.

Time is running out — only 6 days left to enter the FPL Design-a-Bookmark Contest! 🎨
Kids, Teens & Adults:
• Stop by any FPL location & pick up an entry form. Fill the space with your most brilliant creation and return it to any FPL location before close on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
• The top designs (as voted on by library staff) will be made into full-color bookmarks that will be distributed throughout the following year at all library branches and various library events.
• The contest is open to Kids (age 12 and under), Teens (13 to 18), & Adults (19+).

Two sessions are scheduled: 11AM & 2PM
About the program: Create a book apple craft and share some snacks while screening the movie "Baby Boom" on Saturday, Sept. 26, in the Northport Library's Community Room. All materials will be provided at these free workshops.
