Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
June is a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, honor the history of Pride, and recognize the ongoing work toward equality and acceptance. Pride Month is important because it uplifts voices that have too often been marginalized and reminds us that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and valued exactly as they are.
At Community Uplift Program, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating spaces where people can show up authentically, access support without judgment, and feel a true sense of belonging. We believe that embracing diversity makes our community stronger, more compassionate, and more connected.
This month—and every month—we stand with the LGBTQ+ community in celebrating identity, love, resilience, and pride. 💜

Happy June 1st! ☀️🌈
As we welcome a new month, we also celebrate PRIDE Month — a time to honor love, identity, courage, inclusion, and the importance of being able to live authentically.
At Community Uplift Program, we believe everyone deserves support, compassion, safety, and a community where they feel seen and valued exactly as they are. 💚
Wishing everyone a month filled with kindness, connection, and pride in who you are.

Mental health matters because the way we speak to ourselves matters. 💚
The thoughts we carry every day can either tear us down or help us heal. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health — both deserve attention, compassion, and support.
You are enough, even on the hard days. Give yourself grace, speak kindly to yourself, and remember that healing takes time.

Knowing who to call in a crisis can save lives. 💙
988 and 911 both play important roles in keeping our communities safe and supported. While 911 responds to medical emergencies, fires, crimes in progress, and life-threatening situations, 988 provides support for mental health crises, substance use concerns, su***de prevention, and connections to local resources.
Mental health care is health care — and support is available. You are not alone. 💚

Memorial Day Closure
Community Uplift Program will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
Today, we take time to honor and remember the brave individuals who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
As we reflect, we also extend our gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve. ❤️
We will reopen during our regular business hours the following day. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

It’s okay to not be okay. 💙
Not every day is easy, and that’s okay. We’ve all had moments where we feel tired, overwhelmed, confused, or alone. You don’t always have to be strong.
Give yourself permission to rest, breathe, and take things one day at a time. We don’t have to be perfect — it’s enough to be human and keep trying every day.
