New Project Alert!!
Underway with an expansion/remodel project out in Jamestown ND!
The project will add 2 new classrooms, 2 new bathrooms, and a kitchen and playground makeover to an existing Daycare Facility.
This one will move quickly so stay tuned for more updates!

Happy Labor Day from the team at Optima!
13 Weeks. 65 working Days.
It's hard not to be impressed by what this team has accomplished.
From digging the first basement to completion and occupancy of the first unit, while simultaneously reaching enclosure completion on our tenth and final unit, all in 65 working days.
That doesn't happen without great people, strong communication, streamlined coordination, and a little help from mother nature.
Now for the final push to completion of all 10!
