This is a hard warning from Jesus. In Matthew 7, He speaks of people who are certain they belong to Him, only to hear, “I never knew you.”

It’s a passage that makes us ask where our confidence really rests. Here’s a short clip from Sunday’s message, The Most Terrifying Words in the Bible. Watch the full sermon on our YouTube channel:

What if the most terrifying words in the Bible were spoken to people who were sure they knew Jesus?

This Sunday we begin a new series: The Most Terrifying Words in the Bible.

We’ll start with the words of Jesus:

“I never knew you.”

It’s a warning about the danger of being religious, doing the right things, and still never truly knowing Christ.

Join us this Sunday at Victory Fallon:
In Person: 9:30 AM or 11:15 AM
Online: 9:30 AM at www.youtube.com/

Don’t settle for being near Jesus. Come know Jesus.

What a fun sermon we enjoyed today! We had bedtime stories with humor from Scripture, a few musical stylings, and a trip through an old photo book.

Somewhere along the way, the question became personal: Have you gotten so used to something good in your life that you’ve forgotten you once prayed for it?

This short clip is from Every Good Gift. If you missed the sermon, I hope you’ll watch the whole thing. We laughed together, but we also took time to remember the God who gave us every good gift.

Being familiar with Jesus is not the same as following Jesus.

You can attend church, agree with His teaching, and believe the right things—without ever surrendering your life to Him.

That is a dangerous place to be.

Watch this short video, then answer honestly:

Have you entered through Christ—or are you still only standing near the gate?

🍑 It looked perfect on the outside… but what was inside told a completely different story.

Jesus warned His followers that the same thing can happen spiritually.

“Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing… You will know them by their fruit.” — Matthew 7:15–16

Tomorrow at Victory Church we continue through the Sermon on the Mount with:

THE FRUIT INSPECTOR
“Rotten Roots, Rotten Fruit”

How do we recognize false teaching without becoming suspicious of everyone? What kind of fruit should we actually be looking for? And before we start inspecting everybody else’s fruit… what does our own life reveal?

Join us tomorrow as we hear Jesus’ warning and learn why what’s growing on the branches eventually reveals what’s happening at the root.

We’d love to have you with us!
