π΄ SUNDAY RECOVERY AT REINS! π΄πΎ
Today was our Sunday Country Strong session out at REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship in Fallbrook! The Pierson family was holding it down and keeping everything running smoothly for us today.
After Coach Nick absolutely destroyed everyone's shoulders and thighs yesterday, Coach Doug led the crew through a much-needed, quick rehab workout. It was the perfect way to flush out the soreness, take care of our bodies, and get moving again! Country Strong is a true family team effort, and we love how this community takes care of each other.

Today was Saturday at Wholly You Fitness and Coach Nick created an absolute thigh-destroying, shoulder-crumbling workout! The crew put in some serious work and left it all on the floor.
π³ THE VICTORY FEAST:
After surviving the grind, Doug treated everyone to an incredible victory feast. He whipped up homemade biscuits, bacon, sausage, and homemade gravy that was exactly what we needed to refuel!
π COMMUNITY OUTREACH:
Right after our session, Wholly You Fitness hosted a free community workout to keep the positive energy going. πΊπΈ MEMORIAL DAY MURPH CHALLENGE AT WHOLLY YOU FITNESS! πΊπΈποΈββοΈ
Today the Country Strong crew was at Wholly You Fitness in Fallbrook for their Memorial Day Murph challenge! We had a huge turnout and the energy was absolutely incredible. Everybody was working hard, from adults to the kids and familiesβit was amazing to see everyone working out together. We even had a little play area set up for the kids when they got tired so the parents could keep pushing through the challenge.Wholly You Fitnesss
π POTLUCK AND BARBECUE:
After the workout, everyone brought a dish for a delicious community potluck. A huge shoutout to our barbecue chief, Bo, for grilling up everybodyβs protein to perfection!Bo Khamphanthong_

We just wrapped up at the REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Reins of Valor barbecue, and it was an incredible afternoon! The Country Strong crew showed up in full force, and we had an absolute blast connecting with everyone, eating great food, and supporting a fantastic cause. A huge thank you to REINS for hosting such a meaningful event. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Today we had our Sunday Country Strong session out at Reins, and after yesterday's big competition, a cardio recovery session was exactly what the doctor ordered! It was everything our tight joints and tired muscles needed to bounce back.
