Very proud and honored to accept the Excellence in Community Development award from the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation at their Annual Meeting at the Omni Parker House in Boston. We are especially grateful to MHIC for supporting our Early Education Center from construction to completion through New Markets Tax Credit, representing our shared commitment to improving our community.

We’re excited to share three beautiful new murals at our Early Education Center, created by CVPA UMass Dartmouth students and made possible through the support of the Mass Cultural Council and their Creative Experiences grant program.

A grant opportunity like this is a perfect example of enhancing community partnerships as we saw art bring together early education and higher education in a meaningful and lasting way.

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating these talented UMass Dartmouth student artists alongside their families honoring their creativity, collaboration, and the sustainable impact of their work in our space. This artwork reinforces our Early Education Center's theme of blending indoor and outdoor learning spaces.

🦒 A welcoming giraffe now greets families in our front lobby.
🐻 Peaceful sleeping bears bring warmth to our preschool wing.
🍅 A vibrant tomato garden brightens the space outside our kitchen.

Art has the power to inspire curiosity, comfort, creativity, and connection, and we are so grateful to Mass Cultural Council for investing in creative experiences that enrich our community and help make our center more engaging and welcoming.

At a presentation in our Taunton office, People Incorporated gratefully accepted a check for $500 from TFed - Taunton Federal Credit Union.

TFed employees contributed funds through their “Dress Down” program and were kind enough to think of People Incorporated as the beneficiary. We truly appreciate their thoughts and support.

People Incorporated and TFed are already neighbors in Downtown Taunton, and this has brought us even closer!

Our Day Programs craft group enjoyed making beautiful butterfly suncatchers! 🦋✨

Organized by our wonderful staff member Sue, the group spent the afternoon getting creative with bright colors and unique designs. Activities like these encourage self-expression, creativity, and lots of smiles along the way.
